Originally from New Jersey, I worked in private practices across Virginia, Texas, and North Carolina before settling in Raleigh. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Towson University and have a clinical background that shaped my passion for airway health, oral function, and patient-centered care.
I have trained extensively in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT), am a Certified Orofacial Myologist (COM), and have additional training in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT). My background as a former massage therapist further shaped my whole-body approach to care and my understanding of how tension, posture, breathing, and function are all interconnected.
Today, I am especially passionate about helping children and adults struggling with mouth breathing, TMJ dysfunction, sleep-disordered breathing, oral habits, tethered oral tissues, and other airway-related concerns. I believe education and early intervention can make a tremendous difference not only in oral health, but in quality of life overall. In addition to patient care, I am actively involved in advocacy and professional leadership. I run the Raleigh Chapter Airway Circle Study Club, serve as a Trustee for the North Carolina Dental Hygienists’ Association (NCDHA), and continue to collaborate with providers who are passionate about airway-centered care.
I am also the founder of The Myo Project, where my goal is simple: to help patients and families better understand the connection between breathing, function, sleep, and health — and to provide support that empowers lasting change.
